This package includes three courses totalling 135-hours that you need to earn your California Real Estate License.  Choose from four options.

This package is for Salespersons that want to upgrade to Brokers. This package should be taken by individuals who have already taken Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and Real Estate Appraisal.

This package includes the eight courses you need to become a California Real Estate Broker License if you are not yet a California Sales Associate. 

This is the first required course for your California Real Estate License. The textbook covers all matters related to the ownership and transfer of real property, from deposit receipt to completed escrow, and beyond.

In the second required California Real Estate License course, California Real Estate Practice, we cover laws and forms from new to old. We’ll also break down some key forms such as the Purchase Contract and the new Listing Agreement line-by-line.

In this fifth edition of California Real Estate Law, you’ll get a new understanding of how to simplify legal concepts for the California real estate industry.
