Trust Funds

3 hours of California Continuing Education

Real estate licensees routinely receive personal checks, cash, and other items of value from the public in the normal course of doing business. They receive these items, which are referred to as trust funds, on behalf of others. The licensee owes a fiduciary duty to handle, control, and account for trust funds properly. This course covers broad issues on standards, regulations and forms related to Trust Funds. Further, it puts more emphasis on the legal requirements for receiving and handling trust funds in real estate transactions.

This course is offered through AgentCampus.com. The free bonuses are offered exclusively by California Real Estate School Online.
